Hi, let me introduce myself, Josephine Ang, as your real estate professional.

I have been providing top notch service for over 21 years in Tallahassee, and a resident of this beautiful city for 29 years. Knowledgeable with most communities in Leon and surrounding counties around Tallahassee.

My experience has taught me how to provide the best service for my clients. I help them find the most suitable real estates that would fit their needs, whether it is a starter home for a young couple or a glorious mansion suited for royalties.

I also have sold other types of real estate properties, including commercial sites, going concern businesses, lots and larger acreage.

My service also include assisting my clients to navigate all the important tasks in buying and selling their homes, from document preparation, to preparing a house to be market ready, to loan application, and home inspection.

Over the years, I develop a clientle of satisfied home buyers, investors, and sellers. Many have become my personal friends, by gaining their trust by putting their interests first. My loyal and new clients have helped me to become a consistent top producer for over 20 years.

I have received many awards for being one of the top realtors in town. They include, in recent years:

- Tallahassee Board of Realtors' Titanium Production Award in 2005.

- Platinum Award in 2006, Gold award in 2007, Top 5% in 2008.

-Remax Hall of Fame Award in 2007, for having closed over $50 million of transaction since joining Remax, and member, Remax Platinum Club.

I am a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS). and hold a Broker license in the state of Florida.

My educational background include: Bachelor of Music, Sta. Isabel College, Manila, Philippines. Bachelor of Business, major in Hospitality Administration, Florida State University.
